Join Joe Sunday May 22nd from 5-6:30 for the most relaxing 90 minutes you've had all week. This class will begin with some light breathwork to warm the body and massage the organs while allowing you to go into a deeper state of relaxation. You will be guided through gentle floor based poses that allow your body to release relax and let go of the tension that you are feeling. This class is designed to allow your body to go into a deeper state of calm and relaxation.
