The Autumn Equinox marks the day where the light and the dark are in perfect balance before we descend into the darker months of the year.
It was traditionally celebrated as a day of harmony between opposites and a feast day of thanksgiving for the second harvest- the harvest of fruits and vegetables.
As we move into the darker months of the year, we move into a time of rest and introspection. The Equinox is a great time not only to celebrate balance, harmony, and harvest, but to also honor and prepare for our descent.
Join Brooke on Sunday, September 19th at 6pm to join in the flow and celebration.
