Using traditional life coaching, advanced healing and homeopathic remedies, Lisa combines these powerful tools to help you thrive. 

Most people who suffer with anxiety and overwhelm struggle to overcome it because they are trying to get rid of it through sheer will power. Instead, the key is addressing both the day-to-day stressors and the deeper issues that are keeping them stuck in
overwhelm and anxiety. Lisa believes our lives have become so overcomplicated that it’s very challenging to figure out
what to do and how to get better. When someone is in a state of overwhelm and anxiety, it’s often because life is too busy: there are too many complications, too many demands and too much input. Lisa’s programs and presentations give people tools to
manage and relieve stress, to identify their stressors, and to uproot and resolve the deeper issues that feed their stress, anxiety and overwhelm – so they can have more calm, peace, and fun.

This 1 hour class will help you navigate through these struggles and give you the tools to get yourself into a better position to deal with life and its ups and downs. This class is $25 per person and space is limited.
